MetalX has exported tactile indicators to more than 142 countries, and most first-time buyers ask the same questions: how long will it take, how will it arrive, what paperwork will I get, and how is freight charged. This article answers them in order, from a Government of India recognised Export House.
Send the product, material, quantity, the standard you are working to and the delivery city. We reply with a quotation and datasheet, usually within one working day. Samples of studs, bars or tiles go out by courier within a day or two and typically arrive in 3–5 days; the cost is credited against the order.
Studs are packed 500 or 1,000 to a carton, bars 100 or 200, tiles 10 or 20, each carton labelled with product, material, quantity and batch. Cartons are palletised and stretch-wrapped for sea freight or consolidated into courier-ready boxes for air. Self-adhesive items are packed with liners intact and protected from heat. Every order includes fibreboard installation templates and instructions.

Harmonised System codes are stated on the invoice; tactile indicators are generally classified under the heading for articles of the base material (stainless steel, brass, aluminium or plastics). Your customs broker can confirm local duty.
We quote on whichever term suits you: EXW Mumbai if you have a forwarder; FOB Nhava Sheva or Mumbai airport; CIF or CFR to your port; or DAP to your site with duties for your account. For most stud and bar orders, air courier is economical because the goods are light; for tiles and large orders, sea freight is cheaper.
